Cara DelevingneHer friends say she’s in poor shape — struggling with issues beyond drug abuse — and their desperation for her help is becoming increasingly evident.
One of the model’s closest friends, Margot Robbiewas visibly confused this week shortly after leaving Kara’s home in Los Angeles.
Sources with first-hand knowledge tell TMZ that there is good reason why Margot’s feelings for that day came out. We’re told that Cara has been struggling for a while, at first with mental health issues, but now the people closest to her think she needs rehab too.
We are told that Margot and other friends are calling on Kara to immediately enroll in a treatment program that includes psychotherapy in addition to substance abuse treatment.
You may remember, Cara and Margot went on vacation together in August… They traveled to Spain with other friends to celebrate Cara’s 30th birthday, and since then she has looked increasingly fickle in public.

Last week, she looked quite disheveled and looked confused after riding one at first Jay ZPrivate Jets Los Angeles. The flight never took off, and I got off of it after 45 minutes.
The day Margot went to visit Cara… she was supposed to be at her Fashion Week event in New York. Never made it to New York City.
Our sources say that Cara didn’t lock the door when receiving treatment – she didn’t say no, but dragged her feet…and told us her suffering was getting worse.
