How to sign in to your new Nova My Account

If you already have an active Nova My Account:

– Log into the new Nova App or Nova Web, by entering the username and password you use to log into your Nova My Account. Alternatively, instead of passwords, enter your company’s landline number, to receive a temporary password (OTP) on the telecom phone.

– Log into the new Nova app or Nova web app to control your home or business at any time!

Billing will be sent on a monthly basis for all services, including the current month’s balance.

For your convenience, the account will have a new and improved look, making it easier to read and find the information you need.

The method of paying bills does not change, but becomes easier, as:

– From 01.01.2023, the new account will have a single payment transaction code (RF), which will allow payments to appear instantly, almost in real time.

There will be no changes to Internet telephony and TV subscribers. The monthly fee, plan benefits, and terms of service will remain the same. On some services, the program name may change.

Those who are prepaid subscribers, the price list and terms of use of your service do not change. Packages that provide airtime and SMS to Wind/Q will now provide airtime and SMS to Nova/Q. They usually keep the phone number, and while all existing contracts are valid, you don’t need to sign anything new. You don’t even need a new SIM card.

From 04.01.2023 myWIND changes and becomes Nova!

If you have the myWIND app, go to your device’s app store after 01.01.2023 and update. Otherwise, search using the word “Nova” and download the new Nova app.

How to login to my new Nova account

If you already have a myWIND account:

– Log into the new Nova App or Nova Web by entering the username and password you use to log into myWIND. Alternatively, instead of passwords, enter the number of the landline or mobile phone contract you have with the company, to receive a temporary password (OTP) on the mobile connection.

If you don’t have myWIND:

– Register in the new Nova app/web, and select from scratch the name and user code you want

– Log into the new Nova App or Nova Web to take control of your home or business at any time!

You will continue to use myF2G and myQ, without changing anything in the way you renew or activate packages and services.

What will happen to Wind Vision:

The Wind Vision service has been discontinued on 31.12.2022 and content viewing will no longer be possible.

Wind Vision subscribers can switch to the EON TV service by calling 13800 or visiting the Nova & Wind Network store, for unique offers.

After canceling the service, it is not necessary to return the equipment, while from 01.01.2023 the service fee also stops. This means that your January bill will include a pro rata credit for the days Wind Vision was not used.

If I switch to EON TV, can I still pay for Netflix with my account?

Netflix will not be available through EON TV, while if the Netflix account is paid through the Wind Vision account, a different payment method must be selected through the Netflix website.

For professional programs:

All services remain the same! The only thing that changes is that as of 01/01/2023, for the professional mobile packages, it will no longer be possible to purchase additional packages, update the balance and modify the maximum account amount service, through the service menu registered at 1268.
