The most expensive of them – a penthouse in the New York sky – costs $ 250 million and has 23 rooms.

The 23-room penthouse in the Central Park tower claims the title of the tallest residence in the world, rising 431 meters above New York City and on the 129th floor.

The sprawling apartment, which occupies the top three floors of the billionaire’s most important building in Manhattan, has seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms, along with stunning views of the city.

Some of the most impressive spaces include the large living room with drapery windows, while the master suite facing the park has its own sitting room, two walk-in closets and an en-suite bathroom.

Construction on the property was completed in 2020 and the property was put on the market in September 2022. Zillow confirmed that it is currently the most expensive real estate listing in the United States and would break a new record if sold at that price.
