The project included in the Recovery Fund envisages the development of an online platform through which all supporting documents required in the drafting of real estate transfer contracts will be electronically collected. Dozens of documents, certificates and supporting documents required today for the transfer of ownership will be collected by all concerned bodies (AADE, Land Registry, Technical Chamber, EFKA) electronically and will be registered in the file of the property to be transferred.
The electronic collection of documents and certificates is carried out by the notary public authorized by the contracting parties. When all documents and supporting documents are “locked” in the platform, the notary will be taken to the AADE’s myProperty platform where the declaration is submitted and an ID for the tax debt that the property buyer must pay is automatically issued. The transfer process will be completed when the property is transferred to the Land Registry, again electronically by the notary.
