Google announced one New technology, passkeysWhich will allow users to access the company’s services without having to enter the well-known password each time.
Passkeys will allow apps and websites to sign in using whatever security the device uses—such as facial recognition, a PIN, or a fingerprint—rather than requiring a unique password in a form for each website.

by mail Google has stated its position that passkeys are more secure than passwords because they cannot be accessed by phishing attacks, and there is always the possibility that someone might accidentally give someone their password.
In addition, according to Google, the connection with the new passkey method will not be detected even if an app or service is compromised.
Ads come after Google, Microsoft and Apple committed last year To support new security standards that will not require the use of a password.
However, the US company made it clear that passwords and two-factor authentication options will continue to be available for those users who do not yet feel ready to switch to the new passkey method.
“When you add a passkey to your Google Account, we will start asking for it when you sign in or perform sensitive actions on your account. The same password is stored on your local computer or mobile device, which will ask for your screen lock biometrics or PIN to confirm your identity.” Google explains in a related post.
“Together, this means that passkeys protect you from phishing and any accidental mishandling to which passwords are vulnerable, such as reuse or exposure to a data breach,” the post said.
Each device can store a passkey, so you don’t have to rely on your phone to log into accounts when using your computer. If you lose a device, you can remove the password from your Google Account settings.
