A fiery inferno surrounds Alexandroupoli

On Monday night, the flames entered Awada despite efforts by firefighters to intercept its course and fire zones. 63 fire incidents in last 24 hours

Crews from all fire services have been placed on general alert to cope with increased service demands, with 10 of the 63 forest fires reported across Greece today.
