The Independent Public Revenue Authority, by decision of the Governor, Giorgos Pitselis, begins production as of tomorrow, 10/11/2023, automatic updating of the tax registry with changes of limited companies, through interoperability with the General Commercial Registry (GMR).

In particular, it is no longer required to submit a declaration of change of register data (Form D211) for limited companies, to make changes relating toCapital, maturity, name, representation and status of a legal entitylike:

• The data recorded in GEMI is extracted from information systems, so that the tax register is automatically updated

• The legal entity receives an email from AADE regarding the successful registration of all or part of its changes.

If automatic updating of the tax register is not possible, the anonymous company will be informed via e-mail of the necessity of submitting a declaration of change.

From now on, limited companies are not obliged to submit a change of operations declaration even for related changes In its distinctive title and type of sharesAADE will search for this information directly on the GEMI website.
