Bad weather eases, weather improves on Sunday – isolated thunderstorms in 5 areas

Weather will improve in most parts of the country on Sunday (5/11), however, these events will continue in some areas.

Local rain is expected over the next 24 hours in the west, while temperatures are expected to drop as the severe weather that hit the country on Friday (3/11) and -mainly- Saturday (4/11) subsides. Recorded in East and South.

Winds on Sunday will be southwesterly in the Aegean up to 6 Beaufort, while inland visibility will be low on the mainland.

Sunshine and a slight increase in temperatures will be the main features on Monday (6/11) and Tuesday (7/11), while a new system arrives on Wednesday, November 8, as a new week begins. Short duration and fresh rains and local storms will bring.

In fact, these events will be linked to the fall of mercury. The retreat won’t be too great, though temperatures will be with the season, and it looks like it will be at these levels.
