The new video was published on the game's official account on X (formerly Twitter) and wants to give you a little idea of the rules. More specifically, since we are talking about a survival game, building your personal base will play an important role. So you will be able to upgrade and customize it to your liking to protect yourself from all the threats of Arrakis.

From the beginning of the game, you will be able to find the right place to build your base, and as you level up and explore its vast world, you will find new materials to make better upgrades. Also, there will be the possibility to build your own house inside and do whatever you want. The big threat to your base will be sandstorms, but also sandworms that will attack you.
The first closed beta for Dune: Awakening was released last December, while the company is expected to open its servers again sometime in 2024 to a specific audience. At the moment, we don't know when the game will be released.
