Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra review – Review

Obviously, we are referring to the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, the super smartphone that is the spearhead for the company and for the Android platform in general. For this year's version of the model, Samsung's mainstay is integrating AI into the software, but improvements have been made elsewhere as well.

Let's see in detail what it offers and what impressions it left us.

At a quick glance, it'll be hard to spot the differences between this year's model and last year's. It maintains the same aesthetics, with strict angles, a very reasonable size (162.3x79x8.6 mm) and a similar weight (about 230 grams). The back houses the three camera lenses, which protrude slightly and otherwise, the rest of the space is flat and plain.

The device is available in four colors: Titanium Black, Titanium Grey, Titanium Violet, and Titanium Yellow. As is clear from the names, the phone's body is made of titanium, a higher quality material compared to the aluminum frame of last year's model. As has been the company's tradition in recent years, recycled materials were also used here in various places to build the device. No glass is used on the back, so the metal doesn't slide around as much, which we definitely prefer. However, of course, the mobile phone will likely be placed in a case from the first moment, so the back will be covered. Knowing that it has an IP68 certification for protection against water and dust.
