In the heart of the city of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip, Israeli ground forces are bombing the area from all sides.
Despite the ICC ruling and Netanyahu’s justifications for the massacre in an internally displaced persons camp, Israel has continued to attack civilians, killing dozens, while reports from Rafah indicate that anything that moves is targeted.
After The Guardian exposed Mossad threats and blackmail by ICC officials, the United States reversed course and said it did not need to impose sanctions on judges who had issued or would issue rulings against Israel.
Algeria will submit a draft resolution to the UN Security Council for a ceasefire in Gaza. We remind you that the United Nations Security Council has once again adopted a similar resolution.

09:18 Biden’s red lines… have turned pink
The Biden administration said that recent Israeli operations and attacks in the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip do not constitute a major ground operation that crosses US red lines, and that it is also closely monitoring the investigation into Sunday’s deadly raid on a tent camp, which it called “tragic.”
Speaking after Israeli tanks were spotted near Al Awda Mosque, a prominent landmark in central Rafah, National Security Council spokesman John Kirby told reporters that the United States does not “turn a blind eye” to the plight of Palestinian civilians.
“The Israelis said it was a tragic mistake,” Kirby said, referring to the massacre of displaced people in Rafah.
“We have also said that we do not want to see a major ground operation in Rafah that would make it very difficult for the Israelis to go after Hamas without causing serious damage and possibly a large number of deaths. We have not seen that yet,” he said, noting that the Israeli operations on Tuesday It was mainly in a corridor on the outskirts of Rafah.
The recent deaths in Rafah have put to test President Joe Biden’s pledge to withhold weapons from Israel if the US ally makes a major incursion into Rafah that would endanger the displaced there.
09:03 Violent battles in Rafah
War monitors said Israel may use “unmanned ground vehicles” to lead its invasion west of the city of Rafah, where “heavy gunfire” was heard as Israeli forces pushed into the city centre, forcing civilians to flee.
Palestinian militants resisting the ground invasion launched attacks in southern and central Rafah on Tuesday, including detonating a bomb-laden building in the Shawat refugee camp while Israeli soldiers were inside, according to the Institute for the Study of War (ISW) and the Critical Threats Project (CTP).
According to the latest battlefield report issued by US-based defense think tanks, Israel deployed an additional brigade in the ground invasion of Rafah on Tuesday, bringing the total number of participants in the operation to five.
ISW/CTP also reported that three Israeli brigades were operating Tuesday in the Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza and two brigades in central Gaza.
The Israeli brigade is said to include between 2,000 and 5,000 soldiers, depending on its operational capacity and mission.
08:55 Another resignation in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Another US official has resigned, citing disagreements over a recent State Department report that claimed Israel is not blocking humanitarian aid to Gaza, The Washington Post reported.
The newspaper, citing two sources familiar with the matter, said that the official was Stacy Gilbert, who worked in the State Department’s Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration.
The report that Gilbert allegedly protested was issued earlier this month and said that the United States “does not currently believe that the Israeli government is obstructing or restricting the transit or delivery of US humanitarian assistance.”
The results contradict estimates by the United Nations and relief organizations.
