the Nintendo Just announced a brand new chapter in Legend of Zelda Her turn. It’s about to The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdomwhere you will not be able to control Link, but rather Zelda itself.
More specifically, the Japanese company revealed that Zelda in this game has the main role after Link disappears. Nintendo is promising a different style of gameplay with Zelda, which will be equipped with the Tri Rod, a “staff”, which has many capabilities thanks to an ability called Echo. Zelda will be able to imitate monsters, have them fight alongside her, solve puzzles on their own, and more.
Eiji Aonuma, who is also a producer here, promised in a Nintendo Direct that this game will have multiple levels to explore, while the game description states:
It’s up to Zelda and her wisdom to save the Kingdom of Hyrule in an all-new story in The Legend of Zelda series. The people of Hyrule have been gripped by some strange rifts that have appeared in the world, with a certain swordsman at their center (meaning Link).

The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom will be released on September 26 on Nintendo Switch. Meanwhile, a special Zelda edition will arrive for the Nintendo Switch Lite. Watch the game’s gameplay trailer below.
