As mentioned in the presentation, every model in the GT series from now on will be a ‘flagship killer’ starting today. In particular, the Realme GT 6 offers a sleek and modern design that focuses on ergonomics and aesthetics. The body of the device is made of high-quality materials, with curved corners and a slim profile that makes the device comfortable to hold. The back of the phone is quite beautiful as we discovered as it has a glass surface that provides a luxurious feel, while the frame is made of aluminum for sturdiness and durability. The Realme GT 6 will come in a variety of colours, giving users the option to choose the color that suits their style.
Looking at the technical specifications, the Realme GT 6 is equipped with an advanced triple camera system. The main sensor is a Sony LYT-808 OIS 50MP with a 1/1.4-inch size and a wide aperture of f/1.69, which allows for better light absorption and captures clearer and brighter images even in low-light conditions. It comes with a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, which allows for wider scenes and landscapes to be captured, and provides high resolution and color accuracy. The third lens is a 50MP telephoto lens that allows you to capture distant objects with great clarity, ideal for portraits and long shots.
The GT 6 camera system supports Realme’s exclusive HyperTone Image Engine, which processes images saved in raw format with the help of AI, providing a more realistic and natural color rendition. In addition, the device includes functions such as Texture Portrait, Star Mode, and Street Mode, providing flexibility in photography possibilities.
The Realme GT 6’s display is one of the most notable features of the device as it is one of the brightest displays on the market, with a maximum brightness of 6,000 nits. It has a resolution of 2780 x 1264 and a refresh rate of 120Hz, providing a clear and smooth display. The display features a 10-bit color depth and covers 100% of the P3 color gamut, delivering vivid and accurate colors. Additionally, it supports HDR via Dolby Vision, providing an enhanced audio and visual experience for relevant compatible content.
The Realme GT 6 only has a 5,500mAh battery capacity, which supports 120W SUPERVOOC fast charging technology providing record charging speeds. This means that the device can charge up to 50% of its capacity in just 10 minutes while the relevant charger is included in the package with easy access to two days according to Realme. Inside is one of Qualcomm’s best chipsets, the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, with an octa-core processor and a GPU that delivers very good performance as we will see below.
In terms of hardware software, the Realme GT 6 runs Realme UI 5, which is based on Android and offers a smooth and personalized user experience. Realme UI 5 includes several artificial intelligence functions under the name Next AI that improve the daily use of the device, targeting younger ages. The AI Smart Loop function intelligently recognizes the displayed content and accurately predicts user actions, eliminating the need for complex functions. In addition, the AI Night Vision function allows clear images to be captured even in extremely low-light conditions, ideal for night photos and videos.
Of course, the GT mode could not be missing, a function that distinguishes the series and is aimed at gamers. GT 5.0 mode unleashes “the raw power of the device, delivering an unparalleled user experience” with a single tap. Meanwhile, GT Mode comes with exclusive startup animations, dynamic effects, sound effects and vibrations, for a better gaming experience. When activated, the Realme GT 6 can deliver 120 FPS in two of the most popular mobile games on the android platform, PUBG and Call of Duty.
As we know, the Realme GT 6 will be released in our country at the beginning of July at a price of 799 euros, exclusively with the version with 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage space.
