It remains to be seen whether the French Council for the Cult of Muslims (CFCM) will announce the start and end date of the fast as usual. Since the end of 2021, the French government no longer recognizes the 20-year-old institution as its interlocutor in matters of Muslim worship. The Islamic organization will also be dissolved on its own for the emergence of a new organization of the Islamic faith.
