Olympiacos ended their pre-season friendly matches with a win. Piraeus beat Aris Limassol 4-2 in Cyprus. They are now turning to their first show in Premier League Stokesman Next Saturday (17/8, 20:00) against Volos.

The Reds led 3-0 at half-time thanks to a seven-minute attacking spell from 16 to 23, with goals from Abi, Fildi and Biel. The Cypriots lost in the final to Bengtsson and Savo.

And Vanes Bakolas put the icing on the cake in the 89th minute with a beautiful shot from the top of the penalty area.

The match:

The first good phase for Olympiacos came before the quarter-final with Papakanilos, while in the 11th minute Yaremchuk played a “one-two” with Bale, putting Filde in a shooting position while the Norwegian Piraeus winger hit the crossbar.

Aris had a good moment in the 35th minute when Kvilitia fired a shot from the “heart” of the wide area, but Paschalakis was on hand and was brought down. The Cypriots also threatened just before the break with a shot from outside the penalty area by Mayabela that went wide.
