Star Trek: Picard It brings a barrage of familiar faces to its third and final season.
Paramount + announced Tuesday that Star Trek: The Next Generation Alumni LeVar Burton (who played Geordi La Forge), Gates McFadden (Beverly Crusher), and Michael Dorn (Worf) were added to the cast in season three.
In addition, fellow franchise vet Jonathan Frakes, Marina Sirtis, and Brent Spiner – who all appeared in Season One – are set to return as Riker, Troi, and Data, respectively.

The second season, currently airing, finds the legendary captain and his crew on a journey into the past. Picard must “recruit friends old and new to take on the perils of Earth in the 21st century in a desperate race against time to save the future of the galaxy – and face the ultimate trial of one of his greatest enemies,” according to the official description.
The season saw the return of Whoopi Goldberg as Picard’s old friend and confidant of Jinan. Additionally, John de Lancy reprise his role as Q, the omnipotent mutant who beams with Test Picard, and Annie Wershing (bushAnd the The Vampire Diaries) repeated as Borg Queen, the notorious villain first introduced in the 1996 film Star Trek: First Contact (Next played by Alice Craig). Jerry Ryan is currently starring Star Trek: Voyager Seven.
