Brian Johnson, who does everything to stop time and stay young, has been sharing photos of his face over the past few years, showing how much he has changed since 2018.

The 46-year-old California tech mogul shared three side-by-side photos of his face from 2018, 2023 and 2024 on X (formerly Twitter) with the caption: “Even my Face ID is broken. I'm switching….”

Johnson has made headlines for his controversial and relentless quest to live forever, spending about $2 million a year on treatments to reverse his aging, calling it a “project blueprint.”

But not everyone seems to agree with that statement on social media, with Johnson's post sparking a torrent of reactions, with many joking that he actually looks like he's “at least ten years old, but he's only six.”

“Trying to stop aging…keeps you aging faster,” one user wrote on X.

The 46-year-old California tech mogul shared three side-by-side photos of his face from 2018, 2023 and 2024 on X.

Another said: “It's crazy that you look so much better in 2018,” which impressed hundreds of people, while a third wondered why Johnson looks “55 years old.”

Johnson joined the discussion, asking: “What creates stronger opinions: my face or abortion?”

His statement about “relocating” caused further confusion, with many wondering “what” Johnson would be moving on to, to which the tech mogul responded with images of different characters in the film and the caption: “Choose your own adventure.”

In a YouTube video this week, Johnson revealed his top 10 tips for getting more sleep, detailing how eating an early dinner and resting in cool temperatures helped his sleep.

The tech mogul has amassed millions of fans – as well as many detractors – for his bizarre attempts at not aging, including swapping blood with his 17-year-old son and monitoring his erection.

Now, he shares his tips to help you get a more restful night's sleep and look years younger.

In a YouTube clip titled “How I Fixed My Bad Sleep,” we share the secrets that can change your life and help you stay young longer than you can imagine.

She commented on the video, saying: “Sleeping will give you superpowers.” It's…the most important thing I do every day. I will share with you 10 things that will change your life. “I've been a poor sleeper my whole life, and I've just recorded what may be the best sleep score in the history of mankind,” he said at the beginning of the video.

Johnson has also spoken about his skincare routine in the past, explaining that he tries to minimize the time he spends in the sun, and only goes out when he can in the early morning or evening when the UV index is low.

According to him, his long-term skincare routine is paying off – and he's already aged well. “My skin age was about 64 on one marker, and according to my latest measurements, I think it's between 37 and 42,” she said.

He also shared tips on how to reverse his hair loss, saying he used red light therapy cap, topical formula, and micro-needling in his hair care routine.

Brian says he now has the heart of a 37-year-old, the skin of a 28-year-old, and the body of an 18-year-old after adopting his highly disciplined program in 2020.
