A 45-year-old woman was found dead in someone’s stomach pythonFive meters long, it was swallowed in Indonesia.
According to an announcement by local authorities, her body was discovered by her husband and residents of Kalibang village in South Sulawesi province.
The mother of four children disappeared on Thursday evening (6/6) and searches began to find her, according to what the village head, Suardi Rossi, told Agence France-Presse.
Rossi said villagers “combed” the area and soon found a “snake with a large stomach.”
“They decided to open his stomach and then Varanda’s head appeared.” The wretched woman was fully clothed inside the reptile.
Such incidents are extremely rare, but people have died in Indonesia in recent years after being eaten by snakes.
Last year, residents of Tenangia district in southeast Sulawesi killed an eight-metre-long python that had strangled and eaten a farmer.
In 2018, a 54-year-old woman was found dead inside a seven-metre-long python in southeast Sulawesi.
