The beneficiaries are the long-term unemployed who meet the following conditions:

Have been registered with the DYPA registry for more than 12 months and up to 24 months as of 30.11.2022

They are not entitled to any benefit, aid, assistance or support from DYPA, the Guaranteed Minimum Income, PWD Financial Benefits, or Child Benefit.

They meet the income criteria for Heating Allowance 2021, during the 2021 tax year, i.e. up to €14,000 for individuals, €20,000 for couples plus €3,000 per child, or €23,000 for a single-parent family plus €3,000 per child.

Procedure

The grant disbursement procedures are as follows:

Last digit of TIN 6, 7, 8 and 9: Saturday 12/17 (00:00 to 23:59)

All TINs: Sunday 18/12 at 00:00 to Monday 19/12 at 07:00

It is indicated that only those who have been long-term unemployed for more than 12 months and up to 24 months on 30.11.2022 can enter the platform and register IVAN. Submission of supporting documents is not required and there is no reason to attend DYPA Employment Promotion Centers (KPA2).
