Annuities July 2023: Payment due date

1. The “beneficiaries” of the Social Tourism Program for the period 2023-2024 are defined as the retirees of the former EFKA – OAEE who fall within the scope of application of Paragraph 5 of Article 69 of Law 3863/2010.

2. Program “beneficiaries” are defined as follows:

• Children of beneficiaries who are over five years old and up to eighteen years old. For the purposes of this, the completion date of the fifth year is considered

• children of beneficiaries over the age of 18 who are indirectly insured by the beneficiary or the other parent,
• Children of beneficiaries 18 years and over
  With any disability of 67% or more for life, indirectly or directly insured due to disability, without working days,
• Spouses of eligible persons, when they are indirectly insured members,
• Accompanying the beneficiaries or beneficiaries of the aforementioned cases from “A to D” who belong to the category of persons with disabilities with a percentage of 67% or more, and only in case there is a necessity for an escort, proven by a relevant certificate from the competent public body, issued on the basis of the existing institutional framework, As specified in the public invitation.

3. For the purposes of the present, a child means any natural, legal, legally recognized or adopted child and generally any child of whom the beneficiaries have parental care and custody.

4 – In the case of spouses benefiting from the benefit within the meaning of paragraph 1 of this law, one of them is considered to be a beneficiary of the other, as long as this was announced in the application of Article 7 of this law, as specified in a public invitation.
