Antetokounmpo: Giannis ‘bent’ when he spoke about his father (vid)

Giannis Antetokounmpo couldn’t hide his feelings when he mentioned his father at an event on Tuesday night (6/27).

In the context of an event for the “Charles Antitekounmpo Family Foundation” where the whole family was present Antitokonmothe NBA star opened up about his dad and “broke down” when he wished he was here with them.

“It’s a special night, I wish my dad was here with us tonight to see what we’ve achieved. Yeah half a minute… I get that all the time because I think it’s been an incredible journey” S commented John Antikonmo Who “broke,” saying it took him a few seconds to recover from the feelings:

“And I never in my wildest dreams would have imagined that we would be in a place like this with my family, talking about our lives, inspiring people, giving opportunities to others and representing my mom and dad in the best way possible. It’s incredible! We started this journey simply loving basketball. We never imagined That we’re going to be able to impact people’s lives. And here we are today… I’m very proud and I’ll keep saying that.” conclude John.
