The container has arrived at the port of Thessaloniki from Ecuador, a consignee is a French company that ships bananas to Romania.
From self-powered x-ray machine control 80 parcels of cocaine were foundCarefully hidden in a special part of the cooling mechanism, the total weight is 92.7 kg.
The inspectors immediately confiscated both the drugs and the container, safely handed over the items to the Greek police and informed the competent prosecutor’s office. The investigation continues to identify those who received the drugs.
