On the contrary, the RAE proposal prepared by the AUTH Working Group recommends compensation for long-term power outages of more than 8 hours and regardless of the cause of the cause. DEDDIE’s proposal states that the payments to consumers will be given when there is a major power outage due to extreme natural phenomena.
