The highest temperatures occur in the interior of mainland Greece (mainly in the west and north) and in the eastern Aegean islands.

The maximum temperature value is lower by 2 to 4 degrees due to the sea breeze in the coastal areas of the mainland.

B. 40 to 42°C in western Styria, Thessaly and western Peloponnese.

degrees Celsius.

e In other parts of the island country, 34 to 37 degrees Celsius.
f. In Attica their 38 to 39 degrees Celsius.

On Wednesday (17-7-2024) and on Thursday (18-7-2024) the maximum temperature is predicted to reach:

A. 42 to 43 degrees Celsius in western, central and northern interior.
B. In the Ionian, the eastern Aegean islands, the Dodecanese and southern Crete range from 39 to 41 °C.
c. In other parts of the island country, 35 to 38 degrees Celsius.
d. 39 to 40 degrees Celsius in Attica.
