3. Naples Agios Nikolaos14 km long: This first section was contracted and implemented as a public project with a budget of 169 million euros.

It is noticeable that The first building sites started in the part of Lasithiwhile a road race is expected to take place inside it 2024 to develop construction projects on all fronts of BOAK, With the aim of the highway being fully ready to its end 2029.
BOAK will be one of them modern highways in europe, Incorporating the latest technology. It will have, among other things, SEA (service stations for motorists), cafes, restaurants, but also charging stations for electric vehicles.
