The three were handcuffed by the Edessa Security Guards in cooperation with Vegoritita Police Station police who were growing cannabis plants in the forest.
They were three ethnic Albanians who created an organized plantation of 958 saplings in the forest area between Kozani and Pella.
In fact, the 29-year-old duo, together with the 40-year-old, used camping tents to tend to the cannabis plants, so they spent the night near the cultivation. Saplings of 50 to 100 cm height were uprooted and confiscated by EL.AS.
Three camping tents, equipment for growing cannabis seedlings (digging tools, irrigation hoses, fertilizers and others) and four mobile phones were confiscated.
Those arrested will be taken to the District Collector, Kosani, where a criminal case will be registered against them.

In this case, 3 foreigners were arrested yesterday (July 26, 2024) morning for cultivating cannabis seedlings.
