Heating allowance: another payment for 52,719 beneficiaries

The Ministry of Finance has proceeded with the payment of a total amount of €4.7 million to 52,719 heating allowance beneficiaries.

In particular, as stated in a related announcement, the Ministry of Finance has proceeded with the payment of a lump sum of 4.7 million euros to 52,719 beneficiaries of the heating allowance.

It should be noted that the following applies to the deadlines for registration of purchase receipts for other fuels (excluding heating oil): For natural gas, the registration deadline was until May 31, 2023 for documents whose issue date is until May 16, 2023, while for thermal energy consumption from During District Warming, the deadline for entries is until July 15, 2023 for documents until June 30, 2023.

The amount of Heating Allowance relating to Natural Gas (for Oil for which payments have been made) shall be paid into the Bank Accounts of the Beneficiaries as follows:

– With supporting documents for purchases up to May 16, 2023 and provided the required information is registered until May 31, 2023, the corresponding allowance amount will be paid until June 15, 2023.

– For consumption of thermal energy by district heating with a date of issuance of the payment document by June 30, 2023 and provided that the required information is entered by July 15, 2023, the corresponding amount of the allowance will be paid by August 10, 2023.
