The weather is spoiling us for the last Sunday of Halloween, as clouds prevail across the country with localized concentrations of African dust.
Rain is expected initially in eastern Macedonia and Thrace and gradually in the rest of the Ionian, western mainland and northern Greece.
Sporadic storms will occur mainly in northern Ionian and Epirus and western Styria, while some snow will occur in the evenings in the northern and central mountains (1800 m altitude).
Atmospheric conditions favor the gradual transport of significant amounts of dust from Africa.
Winds will be from southerlies 5 to 7 and inland at 8 Beaufort seas.
High temperature
According to the Meteorology of the National Observatory of Athens, the temperature will be maintained at a high level during the season and will vary:
1 to 16 degrees Celsius in western Macedonia, 5 to 18 in the rest of northern Greece, 6 to 20 degrees in Epirus, 6 to 22-23 in Thessaly, 8 to 21-22 in the rest of the mainland, 11 to 19 in the Ionian Islands, Aegean On the islands and Crete from 10 to 19, the maximum temperature will reach 21-23 degrees Celsius in northern Crete.

In Attica, increased cloud cover and relatively increased dust concentrations are sometimes expected.

Cloudy conditions will continue across the country on Maundy Monday, and six areas are expected to celebrate Koulouma under rain.
Clouds will increase at times, mainly over the western, northern and eastern Aegean islands.
Local rainfall occurs mainly in the Ionian, Epirus, Western Styria, Macedonia, Thrace and northeastern Aegean regions.
Over the Ionian Sea, Epirus and Thrace, isolated storms are possible until the afternoon.
A little snow falls in the northern and central mountains (typical elevation 1800 meters).
Weather conditions are favorable for African dust transport.
Winds from the south will be 4 to 6, locally 7 to 8 Beaufort in the Aegean, weakening in the afternoon.
Temperatures will drop in the northwest, where it will reach 14 to 15 degrees, while in other parts of the country it will remain seasonally high and reach 18 to 21 degrees Celsius.
