From now on, when you want to go live from your account, you’ll be able to choose to go live for only your closest friends to watch. This way, it won’t appear at all during the live broadcast. Besides this, there will also be the option to add up to three more people to join your live stream.
This new feature is rolling out to some users today and will be rolling out in waves, so if you don’t see it starting today, it’ll likely hit your profile at some point in the future.
As it all goes, Meta has long wanted to offer more options for those who don’t want to upload everything “publicly” and have everyone watch it, since users often only want to interact with the people closest to them.
