Iota Festa stars in the MEGA series “The Shipwreck”, as Lamprini Konstandakis. Speaking on the show “Illini”, she said that although she has starred in many films and projects, she still keeps a record of what she did in her career.
“When I was younger, I kept a larger portfolio. Unfortunately I don’t have all the films they want to have. I’ve directed a lot of short films. I’ve always been chosen to say the poems and then they made me read the pieces. In the last lesson I wanted to direct a play “The show didn’t happen after all,” he said at first.
“When I moved to National, they called my father to tell him that I got a scholarship, and he was not very interested. He was very torn within himself. It created a big gap for me. It is very important that the parent supports the children. The most important thing is that the children have the desire He added: “Now there is no desire.”
Iota Festa made reference to an acting career, saying how she always had a desire for that career but always had one foot on her feet.
“I became famous overnight and I couldn’t deal with it.”
“I didn’t think I would grow up as an actor. I’ve always been away from things and I didn’t believe in myself much, until now. I think there are more difficult professions than ours. I never felt that way because I’m an actress, I’m a somebody. I got the award, I was happy but I I was very afraid of the publicity. “I couldn’t handle it easily,” he said. He added:
“I admire actors who slowly build something. I became famous overnight and I couldn’t deal with it. There was a conservatism, because I wasn’t like that as a character, but there was a divide. I really wanted my father to see the play, and it saddened me that he didn’t “He does. I was agitated by the news. My husband and I didn’t get married because we wore the revolutionary hat.”
Referring to the difference between youth by decade, she said that today’s 20-year-olds are more mature than those in the past.
“Children today face a lot of problems and that’s why I think they are more mature. I really admire the young actors. The dreams we had are the same as those of today’s children. But children differ from one another depending on their level of education.”
Back to TV
Iota Vista also spoke about her role in the series “Wreck,” in which she plays the lead role. “This is the woman who is throwing away her child. But she believes in her child and continues to believe that he is alive because he has no body to cry over. I tried to find an atypical way. To have a grip that relies on her faith for the sake of her child. And she is consistent in what she says.”
Regarding the years in which she stopped working on television, she said that the reason was her personal life. “The fact that I disappeared from television had to do with my personal life. I wasn’t afraid that they would ‘get the better of me. My desire for this job is deep and real.’
