The days of February 2022 Kiev again lived as the Ukrainian leadership ordered through the mouth of Mayor V.N. Klitschko urged the citizens of the capital to prepare for “national resistance” due to a very likely attack from Wagner!
Just over 24 hours ago, a large convoy of Wagner was seen entering Belarus with heavy weapons including anti-aircraft, tanks, artillery and armored vehicles.
Satellite imagery shows that one of Wagner’s bases is located in Osipovichi, Belarus, and the Losveda military training ground (Vitsiebsk region).
Losvida Training Camp is located 52 km from the border with Russia and 150 km from the border with Latvia. According to preliminary data, PMC Wagner forces are training some units of the Belarusian Armed Forces there.
Also, CNN and the BBC entered the Wagner base near Asipovichi, in the village of Tsel, Belarus, which is also home to the 465th Missile Brigade.
In the Asipovichi district there are ammunition depots for the 1405th Artillery Regiment and the 336th Missile Brigade.
Wagner sits next to huge amounts of weapons and this is causing great concern in the Baltics, Poland and Kiev. Western analysts claim that in the Asipovichi district in central Belarus, nuclear weapons may have been installed.

Kiev: preparing the population for “national resistance”
In Kiev, they began to prepare the population of the capital for patriotic resistance in the event of the arrival of Russian troops.
In more detail, Kyiv Mayor Klitschko announced that residents of the Ukrainian capital will begin to prepare for “national resistance”, for the implementation of which special lessons will be applied.
The information indicates that pre-registration of the population in training courses has begun. Registration is initially voluntary but this is expected to change.
In Kiev, they began enrolling everyone in free exercises in preparation for the Patriotic Resistance.
To register, everyone who wishes to do so must fill out the registration form.
Then representatives of the educational center will contact you and inform you of the place and time of the lessons. Says the Kyiv City Council website.
The course is a one-day course and only lasts six hours.
In the message of the Kyiv City Council, it was emphasized that the training of citizens will last only one day and will be free. The courses will teach residents of the Ukrainian capital the basics of safety and the use of mines and explosives, the basics of dealing with explosive devices and explosives, shooting training and rules for handling firearms, protection against weapons of mass destruction, and safety in conditions of radioactivity. and chemical pollution of the environment.
In order for employees to attend courses, they will be held on weekends. Employees of the municipal security department of the Kiev city civil administration, as well as volunteers, including those with combat experience, will act as instructors.
Klitschko has experience in “mobilizing” the population. At first, when Russian troops were stationed near Kiev, the mayor’s office of the Ukrainian capital decided to distribute weapons from warehouses to the population.
Apparently, the territorial defense battalions created to protect the settlements have long been sent to the front, with little success.
Preparing citizens to participate in the so-called “national resistance” may be aimed at creating additional reserves in case of further collapse of the Ukrainian army.
