Anger overflowed with Razvan Lucescu, after PAOK tied with Panathinaikos in Leoforos, with shots at the referee.
The 2-2 draw against Panathinaikos led to the Romanian coach becoming angry before he received a question from the journalist, launched an attack on the referee, spoke of shame and pushed PAOK’s rivals.
He noted in detail:
“We are talking about corruption! What about football? We can remember what happened with the other decisions a few days ago.
If Panathinaikos were to win, well… Cards given to us, cards not given to the opponent, the goal is scored after stoppage time while time ran out while the ball was in the middle…”
He went on to say:
“It’s too much to leave like this. It’s unfair. They test us in every way, while others push them away.
If you want to talk about football, we destroyed Panathinaikos in the first half, but in the second half the game completely changed. “We defended very well, scored and missed other chances.”
He ended his statements with the phrase: “This is not football. It is a shame for Greek football. This is the reality. It must change immediately!”
