We should expect better performance, which according to Microsoft means faster startup, sorting and scrolling times in the web version. Offline access features have been added, allowing you to use OneDrive online without having to be connected to the Internet. OneDrive will also work with Windows files on demand for selective syncing.
For business users, OneDrive documents will soon open in native office apps through the web version, one of the most requested features. A new unified media view that brings photos and videos together in one place. The new OneDrive experience will also be integrated into Teams and Outlook for easier access.
