Moscow: 9 people trapped in a burning building
At least nine people are trapped in a burning research institute near Moscow.
Nine people are trapped on the upper floors of a burning technological research institute outside Moscow, Russian emergency services and officials said today.
The footage posted on Telegram shows people Windows shatter as black smoke billows above the building While the fire swept through its first floors.
He added: “According to preliminary information, there are 9 people inside the building. The Ministry of Emergency Response announced that the rescue operation is continuing. The same source said that the fire service rescued at least one person.”
Moscow Region Governor Andrei Vorobyov said that the fire destroyed three floors of the building.
“According to eyewitnesses, there are likely seven other people inside the building. The search is continuing for any victims,” Vorobyov said.
