NBA Finals, Heat – Nuggets 94-109: Broken in the second half by Jokic’s triple

break to break. The Nuggets may have lost home court advantage – briefly – after losing to the Heat in Game 2 of the NBA Finals, but they haven’t lost their cool. Mike Malone’s team regrouped, and just 24 hours later regained the advantage, winning 109-94 in Miami to take a 2-1 lead.

Nikola Jokic was again the man for all jobs, finishing with a triple-double of 32 points, 21 rebounds and 10 assists. Somehow the Serbian center became the first 30-20-10 player in a Finals game in NBA history.

Also valuable was Jamal Murray, who also had a triple-double with 34 points, 10 rebounds and as many assists, making history with Jokic as the first pair of teammates with +30 points in a triple-double in an NBA game. Rookie Christian Braun was surprisingly good, adding 15 points.
