The Olympiacos player in full form is Nelson Abbey, announced by the Reds and Whites.
Olympiacos have made another move. The reds and whites want to protect their future and that is why they took possession of Nelson Abbey.
Piraeus have announced the signing of the 20-year-old (1.87m) English defender from Reading. The young man even had his first training session on Thursday (25/1).
The young full-back belongs to Reading as of 2020, with his contract expiring next summer, and Piraeus – according to the report – takes advantage of this situation, to convince Abbey to choose them and leave aside the offer of the new enlightened club in the English Premier League, Luton.
It is noteworthy that the player made his debut with the “Royal Club” three years ago, but he had to wait until the 2022-23 season to participate in a league match, as this season found him playing a major role in League 1 as well. He sometimes wears the captain's armband at Reading.
