It looks like King Charles has recently gotten a new apartment.
This is a luxury apartment in Manhattan, New York at 111 W 57th Street, According to information from the New York Post.
The buyer is referred to in the contract as “His Majesty the King of Canada, represented by the Minister of Foreign Affairs.”
Charles purchased Unit 11A, a three-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom apartment on the 11th floor, for $6.63 million.

It’s not entirely clear, though questions remain about whether the house belonged to the king himself.
Meanwhile, requests for comment and clarification from Buckingham Palace have not been responded to.
Robert McCubbing, chief trade commissioner and director of trade and investment at the Canadian consulate in New York, signed the contract on behalf of King Charles, according to records.
The corner master bedroom features a spacious walk-in closet and a bathroom lined with Italian white Venato marble, a freestanding copper tub and custom copper fixtures.
Overlooking Central Park
Building amenities include an 82-foot two-lane swimming pool with private cabanas, separate sauna and treatment rooms, a double-height fitness center with a mezzanine terrace, a private dining room and chef’s catering kitchen, and a residents’ lounge with a spacious terrace.
Billionaires’ Row includes 60 residences, including 14 in the now-sold Steinway Hall, and the remaining 46 full-floor and duplex residences in the adjacent 91-story tower, which features stunning views of Central Park.
