Nikos Kostas will be the coach who will replace Sokratis Ofridopoulos on the bench of AEK B’ in the new season.

In the person of Nikos Kostas, the people of the Union have found the successor of Sokratis Ofridopoulos on the bench of AEK B. The Greek coach who showed great work with Kifissia as he promoted it to Super League 2 will take over the reins of the second team of AEK.

Nikos Kostas was born on January 22, 1984 in Athens. He started his coaching career in July 2013 at Cyprus Korydallou, which he coached in the third division of the Greek Greek League and came at the same time to be promoted to the third national league, followed by Agios Irotheos (March 2017 – November 2017).

In the summer of 2018, he took charge of AE Moschatos, with which he won the championship in Division A of EPS Piraeus (with 29 wins and a draw) and promotion to the third national league.

In September 2019, he sat on the bench in Kifisia, which he led in the 2020-2021 season to win the championship in Group VII of the Third National League and through the “Special League” to get promoted to the professional category for the first time.
