b) A fine of three thousand (3,000.00) euros for act 1b committed as a repeat offender, with conviction of his disciplinary liability for similar acts in fifteen games previously held in the same season, under No. 145/25-8-2022, 168/16-9-2022, 196/14-10-2022, 206/21-10-2022, 216/27-10-2022, 225/4-11-2022, 241/ 11-11-2022, 255/18-11-2022, 284/30-12-2022, 51/10-2-2023, 95/10-3-2023, 129/5-4-2023, 151/21- 4-2023 and 165 / 4-5-2023 and 173 / 4-5-2023 of the final decisions of this disciplinary body (violation of articles 1, 5 et seq. and 14 para 1, 2, 3 and 4, para. a ‘, 15 par. 2 para. b’ III) from PK of the European Patent Office) f

c) a fine of ten thousand (10,000.00) euros for the second law (violation of Articles 1, 5 et seq., 14 para 1, 2, 3 and 4, para a”, 15 para 1 para a” of the PK of the European Patent Office).

A total fine of fourteen thousand (14,000.00) euros is fixed.
