Due to the current new legislation and its exclusive use the government.gr wallet To allow our fans to enter the stadium and to avoid any technical problems, we inform you that online sales will stop two hours before the start of the match on 07/24/2024 at 18:30.

Clarifications

• Each individual may hold one season ticket/match ticket.
• Online purchases are limited to 3 tickets per account.
• We inform all our fans that as of the new season 2024/2025, it will not be possible to enter the stadium without using the Gov.gr Wallet application. For this reason, it is necessary that for those who do not have it installed yet, the sports fan must add and identify his ticket in the Gov.gr Wallet application, following the procedure provided for by the current legislation in order to access the Tombas Stadium. To download the application, it is necessary to use TaxisNet/personal web banking codes, as well as to have a mobile phone number confirmed in the National Telecommunications Registry (EMEp). The Gov.gr Wallet application is available for free for Apple owners on the Apple Store and for Android owners on Google Play.

1. We draw your attention to the fact that the ticket holder announced on the PAE PAOK ticket platform must be the same as the one that will eventually be identified in the Gov.gr Wallet application.
2. For more details about the digital ticket, as well as for information and instructions on operating the digital ticket, you can refer to https://tickets.gov.gr/.
3. PAOK PAOK clarifies that it is not involved in the process of adding the digital ticket to Gov.gr Wallet from its purchase onwards. In case of any technical problem related to adding to Gov.gr Wallet or any malfunctions or people who cannot access it, they should refer exclusively to Gov.gr Citizen Service (support.gov.gr).

• We point out that residents abroad do not yet have the possibility to identify themselves on gov.gr, as the platform is unfortunately still under construction for them. Since identification on gov.gr after purchasing the ticket, according to the new law, is necessary to enter the stadium and until this omission is corrected, we ask residents abroad not to continue purchasing tickets, as they will not be able to use them.
