Locate the leak in line Drogba pipeline in Poland which transports oil from Russia to Europe, announced its management company, PERN.
The company announced that the cause of the leak is still unknown at the moment. According to the advertisement Leak It was located almost at a point in the pipeline 70 km from Block City.
The announcement also indicated that the second line of the pipeline and other elements of the PERN structure were operating normally.
“All PERN personnel, including technicians, supervisors, firefighters, and environmental scientists, are working in accordance with the plans that have been made for such incidents.” The company announcement concludes.
A representative of the Czech management company MERO stated, however, that no change in the flow of oil from the pipeline to the Czech Republic was detected.
This leak comes shortly after the leak in the Nord Stream natural gas pipeline was attributed to sabotage without anyone officially stating who was behind the issue. The Druzhba pipeline starts from Almetyevsk in central Russia and ends in Sweden in northern Germany.
It costs $5.92 million to build, is 4,000 kilometers long, and has a maximum capacity of 1.4 million barrels of oil per day.
The pipeline network, which has so far been exempted from sanctions against Russia, transports oil from Russia and passes through Ukraine, Belarus, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Austria and Germany.
