Prince Harry – Meghan Markle: Why Hollywood celebrities avoid the couple

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle tried to conquer Hollywood, but they didn’t seem to succeed. Celebrities including high-profile neighbors Steven Spielberg, Julia Louis-Dreyfus and Rob Lowe are staying away from Britain’s royal family in exile for fear of spilling their secrets – and alienating them from Prince William and Kate Middleton.

Apparently, Harry and Meghan weren’t even invited to Oprah Winfrey’s birthday party this year, despite an interview they did with the popular broadcaster in March 2021, according to NewsNation.

Celebrity producer Paula Froehlich told the magazine: “Everyone has a movie to sell and a play they want to premiere in London, and they know Prince William and Kate wouldn’t be interested if they thought someone was friends with Harry and Meghan.”

«My sources say it’s all about the moneyHe added. “And the power players in Hollywood are not putting their careers on the line for Harry and Meghan.”

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who left the Royal Family in 2020, also ate an “invalid” from the White House, They were not given the “green light” to fly Air Force One when they tried to return to the United States after Queen Elizabeth’s funeral in September.

The White House does not want any “upheaval” in US-British relations because of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

Hollywood celebrities are also worried about the couple leaking their secrets, Froehlich said, according to the New York Post.

More than 100 copies of the book were forgotten in hotel rooms, dumpsters and resort swimming pools across Europe.

“We’ve never seen anything like it before. Lost and found desks at our most popular resort are filled with copies of The Spear,” Zoe Harris, director of client services, told The Express. “We thought it was funny at first, but in the past few months, many hotels have returned the books.”
