Psycho: Video docs with killer who set garter on 54-year-old surveyor

A video document from Carter reveals the killer of a 54-year-old surveyor in Chicago.

In the exclusive video, the killer is recorded moments before opening fire on Panagiotis Stathis.

This is the moment he sets up a cartel on his victim, meters away from the scene of the murder, in the quiet neighborhood of Psychikos.

In particular, the video captures the moment when the perpetrator parks his car on Kritis Street, where he has to wait until he reaches the victim.

A few meters away comes the company of a 54-year-old man. Where the victim was stopped, he had died seconds earlier.

He came before the victim

The video shows the time when the accused arrives at the scene, the CCTV recording shows 07:14. However, the recorder “loses” about 12 minutes, the actual time is 07:26

Over the course of an hour, the assailant, wearing a full-face helmet, black jacket and brown pants, fired 21 rounds at the 52-year-old surveyor, half – reportedly – hitting the target.

As Greek police sources indicate, the perpetrator also used a second magazine. And he can be sure that he will achieve his goal.

He had rehearsed the day before in Psychic

In a second revealing video, the accused’s movements were recorded a day before the murderous attack on the 54-year-old surveyor.

In the video, the same man with the same scooter can be seen back on Kritis Street. This pattern goes across the street.

This time the clock on the recorder reads 07:38 (actual time 07:50), which the police believe is the final rehearsal for the murderous attack.

Apparently, the criminal wanted to see the 54-year-old closer to the point of attack. But the surrounding area to ensure his immediate escape.

Fake license plates

In the revealing video provided by , it appears that the murderer did not take steps to hide the traffic data of the machine he was riding.

The police found that the motorcycle had fake license plates which resembled the normal license plates of the Transport Ministry.

They review dozens of videos

It is to be noted that the police investigating the case have several videos from the building where the 54-year-old man’s company is located and the surrounding area.

Experienced police officers try to study the movements of the criminal and try to follow his path in order to “record” his characteristics.

At the same time, they will try to build a “profile” of him and see if he has been involved with the authorities again.

He was cold

The 54-year-old killer’s moves look pretty cool. Moments before he opened fire on the victim, he showed no signs of nervousness.

As can be seen in the revealing video, the culprit, as he climbs the sidewalk, knocks down a shop sign with a scooter running at the scene. So as not to raise any suspicion about his presence, the culprit quietly gets off the bike. Then he puts the sign back in its place.
