NOTICE OF EL.AS. About the episodic marriage in Pyrgos – the investigation of the prosecutor’s office.

An episode in the Birkos Iliad at a wedding, reported on an afternoon television program and reproduced in print and electronic press, makes the following clear:

The police were informed by telephone about the incident between the participants during the aforementioned social event in the area of ​​Pyrgos Ilias.

Immediately police officers of DI.AS team. They claimed responsibility for the incident and went to the scene to investigate the incident, however, upon their arrival, none of the people present reported violence or any other criminal incident.

Police officers remained at the scene and at the end of the event they took the couple to a local police officer.

This was followed by contact with the competent attorney, who ordered the collection of pre-trial materials from the competent domestic violence office.

The relevant material is submitted to the prosecutor’s office to determine the possibility of committing a criminal act.
