Line Realme 13 Pro It’s here and its biggest innovation is photography. The brand is leaning heavily on AI image processing with the new Realme 13 Pro and Realme 13 Pro+. The new devices feature an architecture Hyperimage+ AI Realme Photography, which combines the best optical systems, in-device image processing algorithms, and AI-based cloud-based image processing functions such as intelligent removal, group photo enhancement, and audio zoom.
In terms of hardware, the Realme 13 Pro+ is the first phone to come with Sony’s LYT-701 sensor in the 50MP (24mm) primary camera. It also has a 3x telephoto lens with a 50MP (1/2-inch) Sony LYT-600 sensor with a 73mm focal length. Both rear cameras feature OIS and are accompanied by an 8MP (16mm) ultrawide camera.
The Realme 13 Pro has a smaller 50MP primary sensor (LYT-600) and the same 8MP ultrawide camera as the 13 Pro+. Realme also revealed that the design inspiration for the 13 Pro series comes from the works of French painter Claude Monet with touches on the matte glass back.
Both phones feature a 6.7-inch curved AMOLED display (FHD+ 120Hz) with Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection. They also use the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset.
Realme also announced that the 13 Pro series and all future Pro series will feature a 512GB storage option. The company also pledged that all future Pro series devices will have a minimum of IP65-certified water and dust resistance.
Both phones have 5,200mAh batteries with 45W SuperVOOC wired charging on the 13 Pro and 80W on the 13 Pro+.
The Realme 13 Pro series is available in Monet Gold, Monet Purple, and Emerald Green colours.
Realme 13 Pro pricing starts at INR 26,999 ($320) for the 8/128GB variant. The 8/256GB version will cost INR 28,999 ($346), while the 12/512GB variant will cost INR 31,999 ($382).
The Realme 13 Pro+ starts at INR 32,999 ($394) for the 8/256GB variant. The 12/256GB version will cost INR 34,999 ($418), while the 12/512GB variant will cost INR 36,999 ($441).
Pre-orders start today across key channels and from July 31 on realme.com and Flipkart. Open sales in India are scheduled to begin on August 6.
The Realme 13 Pro series will debut in India and will be launched in other markets soon.
