First time we heard about it Manuscripts of the Sixth Sheikh 2018 has been a long time coming. Specifically on June 11, 2018, as part of her E3 press conference, Bethesda It announced that the sixth chapter of the historical RPG series is in pre-production. The first demo just included a logo, without any additional information.
Since then, the industry has had its ups and downs, even E3 no longer exists, but Bethesda has also changed significantly, as it is now part of Microsoft’s powerhouse. Despite this, there is still no release date for the title.
So what is Bethesda’s response?
The legendary creator of The Elder Scrolls and the latest Fallout and Starfield titles, Todd Howard, gave a full interview with YouTuber MrMattyPlays, in which he talked about the future of Fallout and The Elder Scrolls. In more detail, referring to the large gap since the announcement of Chapter Six, Howard confirmed:
“Right now, it’s the sixth anniversary of the release of the Elder Scroll 6 teaser — it might as well be today. So it made me stop and say, ‘Oh, it’s been a long time.'” And now that we’re starting to work on Elder Scrolls 6 Scroll 6 and seeing it here in the studio, we know we’ve really missed it.
We appreciate all of these thoughts and stand with the fans on this. We are working hard on it. “And one day we’ll have it for everyone.”
