This means that the deadline for submitting a new application for the Social Household Tariff (CTO) for 2023 is until the deadline September 30th 2023.

Social Family Tariff 2023: What IDIKA reports

According to the information provided by IDIKA to CTO applications and the history of clients at risk, the following applies:

  • Citizens can apply at any time during the year (after canceling an already submitted application).
  • With two months past the end of the tax filing deadline (07/31/2023 to 09/30/2023), active recipients who have not filed a new application will be automatically included by the CTO.

Social Housing Tariff 2023: All steps for submitting a new application

Step 1. Upon entering the system, you will be asked to confirm your AMKA number and consent to the processing of the requested data (your data, your protected spouse and children).

Step 2. After you agree, a form appears stating some of your personal information. Choose the CTO you want to apply for.

Step 3. It is necessary to fill in the electricity supply number. The email and mobile phone number that will be used to send any notifications is also required.

For KOT-B applications where there are adults in your household, in order to find out if you meet the criteria, guests’ consent through their Taxisnet network tokens to access their data is required by the AADE if consent is required for any explicit person.

Step 4. For KTO-A applications, you must have an approved KEA application that has been approved within the past two months. If you are a KEA recipient but your application was approved before the last two months, you must submit a KEA Amendment Application. For CTO-A, guest approval is not required because it has been given to KEA.

Fifth step. Once you have provided all required consents from your adult household member, and filled in all required fields, information is displayed regarding whether or not you meet the criteria.

Step 6. To become a beneficiary, you must press the button [Υποβολή Αίτησης]. If you meet the criteria for a CTO, you will also be offered a four-month amortization limit for billing with the CTO you requested. Otherwise, the reasons for refusal are shown in detail.
