Steph Curry did the most incredible thing imaginable in the fourth quarter of the 2024 Olympic basketball tournament final, leading Team USA to a 98-87 win over host France.
The Golden State Warriors star, arguably the greatest shooter of all time, has decided to shine at the sporting event as well, in order to put the gold medal he missed in the palm of his hand.
His 36 points in the semifinal against Serbia were breakfast, the main course that Curry was saving for the final and certainly the final. Alien Steph Curry hit four three-pointers (8/12 total) from 2’37” to 35″ before the final horn sounded. Each one had its own beauty and grace. Each one was celebrated and even more so with the fury that never loses its childhood and joy of the game no matter how many years pass.
