Rentals in seven regions

From September stop escalating rents
A decline in required rents is expected after the end of the summer season and a possible return of the property from short term to longer term leases. “On time, it has been observed that there has been a rapid increase in new property registrations on short-term rental platforms due to higher demand than this year,” said Pan-Hellenic E-Real Estates Network President, Mr. Themistoklis Bakas, he confirms in his remarks.
