AADE: New applications for notaries, natural and legal persons have been launched in myPROPERTY.
By decision of AADE Governor Giorgos Pitsilis, the functionality of myPROPERTY in AADE has been expanded with new applications to provide more convenience to notaries, natural and legal persons.
especially, Optional from 2/11/2022 and mandatory from 1/1/2023 Applications are put into production mode:
Initial inheritance tax returns (due and overdue) with the contract
– Initial inheritance tax returns (due and late) without a contract
also, From 2/11/2022 the Donations / Parental Allowances application is being upgraded with the contract for cash and other mobiles, adding information entry fields, to avoid attaching supporting documents. For transaction cases where identification is not possible (interoperable), it is necessary to attach supporting documents, which are mentioned on a case-by-case basis.
It is estimated that at least 100,000 transactions are digitized annually using these apps.
The myPROPERTY application will remain closed from Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at 10:00 PM until Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at 10:00 AM in order to perform the necessary upgrade work required to start the production run of the applications.
